Requests For Proposals (RFPs) and Tenders.

insight & foresight welcomes the opportunity to make submissions for RFPs and Tenders.

To ensure that we have all the right information and can accurately assess the size, scale, and potential of each opportunity we have two requirements:

Requirement 1

• An online meeting of up to one hour with the project sponsor or decision maker. In this meeting we will use the CPQQRT (Context, Purpose, Quantity, Quality, Resources, Time) framework to gather the information we need. This is also a chance to build relationships and assess alignment between our teams. A CPQQRT workbook can be accessed here.

Requirement 2

• A clear indication of the proposed budget for the project.

Whilst these requirements are not mandatory and we will assess every opportunity on its unique merits, it is less likely that we will be able to submit proposals for work where the client is unable to meet our requirements.
