Event tickets: If, after purchasing an event ticket, you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. Please advise substitutions via email. Substitutions can only be made up to 48 hours before the start of the event.

Cancellation 60 days or more before the Event: 100% refund of the ticket fees
Cancellation less than 60 days and more than 30 days before the Event: 50% refund of the ticket fees
Cancellation 30 days or less before the Event: no refund

Cancellation by event organiser: 100% refund of ticket fees.

Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of insight & foresight ABN 27248058240
